Using the directory and lists
If your phone is connected to a PABX, you
have to enter an access code. To this end,
please read the operating instructions for
your PABX.
Storing a number in the call-by-call list

Selecting a directory/
call-by-call list entry
s / C Open directory or call-by-call
list.
You have the following options:
Use s to scroll until the required name

is selected.

Enter the first characters (max. 10)
of the name or scroll to the entry
using s.
Dialling using the directory/
call-by-call list

Press the talk key. The number
is dialled.

Display Number
Edit or add a stored number. Then dial
or use other functions by pressing ©.
Edit Entry
Edit a selected entry.
Delete Entry
Delete a selected entry.
(directory only)
VIP Entry
Mark a directory entry as VIP (Very
Important Person) and assign it a par-
ticular ringtone. You will now be able to
tell VIP calls by the ringtone.
Requirement: caller display ("CLIP")
Record Pattern
(directory only)
Speak the name of the selected entry
and store as voice pattern (page 14).

Play Pattern
Play voice patterns (page 14).
Delete Pattern
(directory only)
Delete voice patterns (page 14).
Copy Entry
(dependent on receiving
handset)
Send a single entry to a handset
(page 13).
Delete List
Delete all entries in the directory or
call-by-call list.

Copy List
handset)
Send complete list to a handset
(page 13).
Available Memory
Display the available entries in the
directory, call-by-call list (page 11) and
email directory (page 14).
