Entering/changing an SMS centre
You should find out about the services and
special functions offered by your service
provider before you make a new
application and/or before you delete pre-
configured call numbers.

Select and press

Select a centre, e.g. Service
Centr.3, and press

In Active send: select Yes if you
want SMS centre 3 as your
send centre. The previously
selected send service centre is
automatically deactivated.
Any centre other than Service
Centr.1 will only be used as the
send centre for the next
message.

Scroll to the SMS: line.
Press the display key.
Edit

Enter the phone number of
the SMS centre.

Save Entry Select and press

Scroll to the E-Mail: line.
Press the display key.
Edit

Enter the number of the email
service.

Save Entry Select and press

Note:
Ask your service provider for details of how
you should enter service numbers if you wish
to use personal mailboxes (assuming your
service provider supports this function).

Sending text messages via a different
SMS centre
You want to send a text message via a
different SMS centre (SMS centres 2 – 5):

Activate the SMS centre as send centre
(p. 27).
u
Send the text message.
This setting only applies for the next text
message to be sent. After that, SMS centre
1 is activated again.

SMS info services

You can have your service provider send
information (e.g. weather forecasts or
lottery numbers) by text message. Up to
10 info services can be stored.
Ask your service provider about the
services offered and how much they cost.
The telephone comes supplied with
10 info services of the SMS service ("Anny
Way") pre-configured ready for ordering.
You can change these entries.
