Connecting a call

You can forward an external call to another handset
(connect).
Open the list of internal users – the external user hears
music on hold.

Select the required user and call.
If the internal user answers, announce an external call.
Then:
Press the end call key. The call is forwarded.

Instead of announcing the call, you can immedi-
ately press the end call key
If the internal user does not answer or if the line
is busy the call goes automatically back to you.

Internal enquiry calls

You are conducting a call with an external user. You can
call another internal user and conduct an enquiry call
without clearing down the initial connection. You are
automatically reconnected to the external user when
you end the enquiry call.
Open the list of internal call numbers – the external
user hears music on hold.

Select the desired user and call.
Ending the enquiry call:
End the enquiry call.
You are reconnected to the external user.
or
The external call is transferred to the second internal
user.
