You can look up a coworker's number from your phone, which makes it easier to give them a call. Your
administrator sets up and maintains the directory.
Press Contacts.
Select Corporate Directory.
Select a search criteria.
Enter your search criteria and press Submit.
Select the contact and press Dial.
Use the personal directory to store the contact information for friends, family, or coworkers. You can add your
own contacts to the personal directory. You can add special speed-dial codes for people who you often call.
