Adjusting on the CCU-550A/550AP
Proceed as follows.

Set the CCU PAINT switch on the AT board to
CLEAR.
The center value of the adjustable range is
retrieved.

Adjust the level with the following controls on the
VA board.
RV101: To adjust the black level of the Y signal
sent from the camera
RV201: To adjust the black level of the R–Y
signal sent from the camera
RV301: To adjust the black level of the B–Y
signal sent from the camera

Adjusting the level of the camera signal
Supply a camera signal from the VBS connector on the
CCU-700A/700AP/550A/550AP and the color bar
signals from the camera. Then adjust the level of the
camera signal with the controls on the DM board of the
CCU-700A/700AP/550A/550AP so that it matches the
level of the color-bar signals. To supply the color bar
signals, set the CB on the VTR/CCU display of the
System Config Menu to ON.

"Stand-Alone Operations of Cameras, etc."
