WARNING -

PREVENT DROWNING:

• Children have DROWNED when left unattended. ALWAYS keep child within

adult's reach.

• NEVER bathe baby until you have tested the water temperature.

• Bath water should never exceed 100° F (37.8° C).

• When using Cushi Bath inside a sink or adult tub, NEVER allow water to

collect in sink or adult tub.

• ALWAYS keep sink or adult tub drain open.

• Infants can drown in as little as 1-inch (2.5 cm) of water.

• ALWAYS bathe your infant using as little water as necessary.

• Infants can drown even when other children are present near the Cushi

Bath. DO NOT allow other children to substitute for an adult.

Page 3 Secure with the “hook & loop” strips along the bottom edge. Place bottom pocket of Cushi Cover over the lower frame and secure like Step 5 with “hook & loop” strips. To Remove Cushi Cover: Simply pull apart “hook & loop” Remove Cushi Cover from frame.
