The application is a vessel that takes an average 3 hours to fill and 3 weeks to empty.
Fill rate = 0.08 m/minute (Low Cal Pt. minus High Cal Pt.) / fastest fill/empty time
= (15.5 m – 1 m) / 180 min.
= 14.5 m /180 min. = 0.08 m/min.
