Problem
Flush cycle operates
correctly but water in the
bowl empties slowly or not
at all.
Macerator pump makes
unusually loud noise or
continually trips breaker.
Flush cycle is not
activated after pressing
flush pedal.
Insufficient or no water
enters the toilet bowl.

Discharge piping is
pinched or kinked.
The macerator pump or
discharge piping is
blocked.
Foreign material in pump
chamber.
Electrical power to toilet is
shut off or disrupted.

Holding tank is full and
signal from tank has shut
down electrical power to
toilet (if tank level monitor
system is installed).
Water supply line is

Screen in water valve is

Check discharge piping.
Clear blockage.
Clear foreign material
from pump chamber.
Check wiring and circuit

Replace water valve.
