Commissioning the device

If you operate the device exclusively as monitor and do not change the brightness, you do
not need to commission the device. To use advanced functions of the device, perform the
following commissioning.
Requirement
● The Industrial Flat Panel is mounted according to the Quick Install Guide.
● The Industrial Flat Panel is connected according to the Quick Install Guide and connected
to a PC for commissioning.
Note
The supplied connecting cables are only intended for commissioning and not for
continuous operation.
Use suitable connecting cables for interrupted duty, see section "Accessories (Page 27)".
● DVD "Documentation and Drivers" or USB stick with a copy of the DVD
Procedure
1. Switch on the PC.
2. Switch on the power supply of the Industrial Flat Panel.
3. Insert the "Documentation and Drivers" DVD into the CD/DVD drive of the PC.
Alternative: Insert the USB stick with the copy of the DVD into a USB port on the PC.
4. Follow the instructions for installation.
