If the distance sensor is “on”, the Audiobeam turns off whenever persons or objects are situated at a distance of less than four meters in the emitting direction of the Audiobeam. For this reason, the distance sensor is factory-preset to “off” and should as a rule stay like this during operation in order to prevent automatic turn-off (for further information, please refer to the service instructions).
On/off switch for distance sensor is activated Someone has entered the security area of four meters in front of or around the Audiobeam and the motion sensor has triggered. After the person has left this area, Audiobeam automatically turns on again after 30 seconds.

Excluded are accessory items and disposable batteries that are delivered with the product; due to their characteristics these products have a shorter service life that is principally dependent on the individual frequency of use.
