  • Page 11 MOISTURE As your oven heats up, the temperatu re change of the air in the oven may cause water droplets to form on the door or door glass. To prevent this, open the oven door for the first minute of oven heating to let the moist air out.
  • Page 12 Use proper pan placement° • Place pans on the oven racks with 1" to 1 1/2" of air space on all sides of each pan. Avoid overcrowding the oven. Pans too close to each other, to oven walls or to the oven bottom, block the free movement of air.
