a. Check whether the USB Dongle has been plugged in USB port of the computer, and
the microphone has been powered on;
b. Adjust the volume with the toggle switch on the headset;
c. Close and reopen the multimedia player;
d. Check the headset power and charge it if low;
e. If the problem persists, please re-match it by following the matching instruction.
(Matching instruction: Press and hold "On/Off" button for over 15 seconds when the
headset is powered on, and blue LED lamp flashes quickly and beeps. At this point,
the headset enters the searching state and the matching begins. Blue LED lamps
will be on constantly when the matching is completed. The best matching distance
is 20 cm - 50 cm.)
