Align the screw holes on the touch pad with the screw holes on the palm-rest assembly, then slide the touch pad into the palm-rest
assembly at an angle.

Replace the two screws (M2x2) that secure the touch pad to the palm-rest assembly.

Insert the touch pad cable into the connector on the touch pad, then close the latch to secure the cable.
