Indicator
Mold adjustment screen:
Select manual mode or auto mode, and set
process parameters.
Manual mode status：
Users can carry out every action manually under
this mode.
Semi-auto mode status：
The machine can complete one process cycle
under this mode. Use Run key or safety door
open/close to start.
Timer full-auto mode status：
Users can set cycle time on timing screen, and
set actual cycle time on monitoring screen. Press
Run key, and the machine runs automatically.
The machine will stop when the set cycle time
has been reached.
Photo-sensor full-auto mode status：
Users can set product counting on counter
screen, and set actual product total quantity and
product of this power-on on monitoring screen.
Press Run key, and the machine runs
automatically. The machine will stop when the set
product counter is full.
Mold adjustment status：
This indicator is flashing under mold adjustment
status.there are two modes: semi-auto mold
adjustment and manual mold adjustment.
Cooling time status：
This indicator is flashing during cooling. When
cooling time is over, it will stop flashing.
Lubrication status：
This indicator is flashing during lubrication. When
lubrication is over, it will stop flashing.
Heating status：
This indicator is flashing when heating is over. It
will stop flashing after Heater key is pressed.
Motor status：
This indicator is flashing when motor is power off.
It will stop flashing after motor starts.
Safety door status：
When safety door is open, this indicator is
flashing. It will stop flashing after the door is
closed.
