– Bei Einhaltung der Werkstoffpaarung müssen folgende
Mindestspalte eingehalten werden: zwischen rotier-
enden und stehenden Teilen darf der Mindestspalt nicht
kleiner als 1 % des maßgeblichen Kontaktdurchmes-
sers, aber nicht weniger als 2 mm in axialer oder
radialer Richtung sein und muss nicht mehr als 20 mm
betragen. Das Spaltmaß „S" nach Abb. wurde bereits
im Auslieferungszustand eingestellt. Vor Einbau ist der
Ventilator vom Anlagenbauer auf gleichmäßiges
Spaltmaß zu überprüfen. Bei Abweichung ist der
Hersteller zu informieren.
– Zur Befestigung des Ventilators und der Schutzgitter,
Schrauben der Festigkeitsklasse 8.8 verwenden und
mit geeigneter Schraubensicherung versehen. Zul.
Anzugsmomente: M5 = 5,5Nm; M8 =23 Nm.
– Bestimmte Betriebspunkte / Drehzahlen dürfen bei
auftretenden Eigenresonanzen aufgrund von Anbau-
teilen nicht gefahren werden. Die Überprüfung auf
Eigenresonanz ist vom Anlagenbauer bei Inbetrieb-
nahme durchzuführen.
– Der Ventilator darf nur an Stromkreise angeschlossen
werden, die mit einem allpolig trennenden Schalter
abschaltbar sind.
– Elektrischer Anschluss entsprechend dem im Klem-
menkasten angebrachten Schaltbild! Das Anschluss-
schaltbild muss am Betriebsort verfügbar sein.
– Motoranschlusskabel mit Kabelbindern oder Kabel-
schellen befestigen. Die Befestigung ist so vorzu-
nehmen, dass das Kabel nach dem Befestigen noch
verschiebbar ist, und somit die Kabelisolation nicht
beschädigt wird.
– Werden Gefährdungen durch Blitzschlag festgestellt,
müssen die Anlagen durch geeignete Blitzschutzmaß-
nahmen geschützt werden.
– Anlagen müssen in ausreichendem Sicherheitsabstand
zu Sendeanlagen aufgestellt oder durch geeignete
Abschirmung geschützt werden.
Betriebsbedingungen
• Das Ventilator-Leistungsschild enthält die Bemes-
sungsspannung und Schaltung und bis zu welchen
Daten der Ventilator belastet werden kann. Höhere Werte
als die gestempelte Aufnahmeleistung / gestempelten
Aufnahmeleistungen bedeuten, dass der Ventilator in
einem nicht zulässigen Betrieb arbeitet.

Schalthäufigkeit: Der Motor ist für Dauerbetrieb S1

bemessen. Die Steuerung darf keine extremen Schaltbe-
triebe zulassen!

– For compliance with material mating, maintain the
following minimum gaps: between rotating and
stationary parts, the minimum gap must not be less
than 1 % of the decisive contact diameter, but not less
than 2 mm in axial or radial direction and must amount
to no more than 20 mm. The gap dimension „S" in the
figure was already set in the as-delivered condition.
Before installing the fan, the plant constructor is to
check for uniform gap dimension. Inform the manufac-
turer if there are any non-compliances.
– To attach the fan and the guard grill, use Strength Class
8.8 bolts and provide with suitable bolt locking. Perm.
torque: M5 = 5,5Nm; M8 =23 Nm.
– Certain operating points / speeds may not be run during
self-resonance of the attached components. The verifi-
cation of self-resonance is to be carried out by the
system constructor during start-up operation.
– Connect fan only to electrical circuits that can be
disconnected with an all-pole isolating switch.
– Electrical connection corresponding to the wiring
diagram in the terminal box! The connection diagrams
must be available at the operating location.
– Fasten the motor connection with cable ties or cable
clamps. Attachment is to be carried out in such a way
that the cable can still be moved after attachment and
so that the cable insulation will not be damaged.
– If hazards from lightning strikes have been ascertained,
the system must be protected through the use of suit-
able lightning protection measures.
– Systems must be sufficiently separated from transmit-
ting installations or be protected through suitable
shielding.

Operating conditions

•
The fan rating plate includes the rated voltage and circuit
and to which data the fan can be loaded. Values higher
than the stamped power consumption / stamped power
consumptions mean the fan is working in an impermissible
range.

Switching frequency: The motor is dimensioned for contin-
uous operation S1. The control must not allow any extreme
switching modes!
•
A-weighted sound power levels of over 80dB(A) possible.
