Diagnose WAN connections
Select Maintain > Diagnose from the top-level menu in the GPON Home Gateway window,
as shown in Figure 67.
Diagnose window
Choose a WAN connection to diagnose from the drop-down menu.
Enter the IP address or domain name.
Select the test type: ping, traceroute, or both.
Enter the number of ping attempts to perform (1 - 1000); the default is 4.
Enter a ping packet length (64-1024); the default is 64.
Enter the maximum number of trace hops (1-255); the default is 30.
Click Start Test. Results will be displayed at the bottom of the window.
Click Cancel to cancel the test.
STOP. This procedure is complete.
