• Making the block settings for a system with connection to an expansion controller
(PAC-YG50ECA)
To perform a batch monitoring/control of multiple air conditioning unit groups, the groups need to be registered to a block. Touch [Blocks]
on the window that appears when [Initial Settings] on the menu bar in the setting change window to register groups to a block.
Note: Although not shown on the LCD, blocks are used as a unit of control for energy-saving and peak-cut control.
Note: If the user logs in as a building manager, some of the operations may be prohibited.

Setting a block name
Touch the block name button, and enter the block name on the keyboard that appears in 20 characters or less. Press [Save setting] on
the block setting window to save the settings.
Note: The following characters cannot be used in the group name: < > & " '

Registering groups in a block
Touch the group button to display the group selection window. Select the tab that corresponds to the EC to which the groups are to be
registered to. Touch the numbers of the groups to be registered. An orange frame will appear around the group numbers that are
currently selected. (The name of the group that was touched last will appear)
Touch the selected item again to deselect it (no orange frame).
Press [Save setting] on the block setting window to save the settings.
* The groups that are registered to each group will appear on the group button in the [EC No. + Group No.] format.
