    0:00, the blinking flag is shown and the DGT 2010 stops time counting for both players, indicating that the game has ended, with the player in question having lost the game on time. This means that the players have to stop the clock correctly after each move.

    The clock will not wait counting down until the delay time has been passed, but will add the used delay time back to the total as soon as the player has pushed the lever. For example the clock is set to 5 seconds delay and shows 57 seconds left. The player uses 4 seconds to complete his move (less than the delay time) and the clock shows 53, then the clock will jump back to 57 as soon as the lever is pressed.

    Operation of the DGT 2010 Batteries The DGT 2010 requires 2 AA (penlight) batteries. We recommend low self-discharging alkaline batteries which may last many years of normal use. If you do not plan to use your timer for a long period, we recommend that you remove the batteries to avoid damage caused by possible leaking of the batteries.
