INSTALLATION GUIDE

CS515 5" 6W 100V CEILING SPEAKER
Introduction
CS515 is a general purpose 5" 6W 100V line ceiling speakers which comes
complete with ABS honeycome grille and back enclosure. It is suitable for BGM
and Paging application and suitable for rust prove enviroment.
Among places suitable are :
- Hotel corridors and rooms
- Offices
- Shopping centres
- Cruise ships / ferries
- Seaside buildings
The main feature is its elegant looking low profile ABS grille which shall be able to
withstand against corrosion by chemical, sea water or high humidity environment.
The honeycomb shaped ABS grille is available in standard white glossy finishing
and can be customised to any colour required.
Guide to Installation
Cut the ceiling hole
Cut the ceiling using the template with 140mm diameter
Flip spring clips
Flip the spring clips fully upwards
Insert speaker to ceiling hole

Slot the speaker into the cut hole in slant position initially by the
first spring , and thereafter the second spring

Connect cable

Connect the incoming speaker cable to the cables from the
speaker according to the required power rating, as:-
- Black - red ~ 6W
- Black - yellow ~ 3W
- Black - Green ~ 1.5W
Cut off the loose cable's conductor to avoid shorting or tape
them with insulation tape.
Slot the conduit

Upon completion of cable termination, the connector can be
inserted inside the conduit, and thereafter slot in the conduit into
the speaker hole at the back enclosure. The overall installation
would look neat.

Clock wise to open cover
The installation is complete as shown. If is required to uninstall the
speaker, use a flat screw driver to pull it down the speakers edge.
Please do it carefully as not to damage the ceiling. The grille can
be opened for inspection by turning it clockwise.
