Connect the probe. If an N2825A user-defined head is used, enter
the R
SENSE
on InfiniiVision Oscilloscopes"

If desired, click the oscilloscope's Zoom button to turn on
zoom mode.
With Zoom Mode turned on, you can use gating to show a reduced
NOTE
zoom-window time span compared to the normal window. This is
indicated on the non-zoomed waveform by a non-shaded boundary-area
box.
Zoom mode is a software only expansion and results in the same vertical
NOTE
resolution and accuracy between the zoom and non-zoom waveforms.

Press the front-panel Meas key.

Press the Type: softkey.

Select one of two measurements:

If more than one N2820/1A probe is connected to the oscilloscope,
softkeys appear that allow you to specify the channel on which to
perform the measurement.
To Measure Charge on an InfiniiVision Oscilloscope
resistance as explained in
on page 29.
Charge - Full Screen. The Full Screen measurement
interval variation measures the value on all displayed
data points. For more information, refer to the
oscilloscope's Help system.
Charge - N Cycles. The N Cycles measurement interval
variation measures the value on an integral number of
periods of the displayed signal. If less than three edges
are present, the measurement shows "No edges". For
more information, refer to the oscilloscope's Help
system.
