1. Position the conveyor cart onto the frame.
2. Make sure the wheels of the conveyor cart roll along
the sides of the frame.
To fit the blade
WARNING: The engine must be switched off
and the stop switch must be in STOP
position.
WARNING: Always use heavy-duty gloves
when handling the blade. The blade is
extremely sharp and can easily cause cuts.
1. Remove the blade nut.
2. Remove the blade flange.
3. Check that the blade, blade flange, and blade shaft
are undamaged. Clean the contact surfaces of the
blade and the blade flange.

4. Fit the blade, blade flange, and nut. Make sure that
the blade will rotate in the direction indicated by the
arrow on the blade.
To set the depth stop
CAUTION: The depth stop should be set
when the blade is not rotating. Check the
stop depth regularly or there is a risk that the
cutting slot and the water system will not
function correctly.
Note: The depth stop should be adjusted when switching
to other blade sizes.
Set the depth stop so that the blade gets maximum
depth without cutting into the cart.
