Installing the user library

1.
Create a new project with the following setting.
Type: the model when the library is saved, Project Type: Structured Project, Language: Structured Ladder/FBD

Select "User Library" in "Navigation", and select "Install" from the library menu.
Select the saved library in the following dialog.
