By setting Pr.190 RUN terminal function selection = "81 (SAFE2 signal)", terminal RUN is
turned OFF at fault occurrence.
Never connect the FR-D700 SC source-logic safety terminal models with FR-D700 sink-
logic safety terminal models. When connected, the safety stop function does NOT operate.
