- Page 2 THE TOTE CLIPPER VAC® The Tote Clipper Vac® is a portable, one operator unit designed to be placed on a table or shelf, not on the floor. The Tote Clipper Vac® holds 6 gallons of hair; however, empty as often as necessary. Do not suffocate your motor by improper emptying of the unit.
- Page 3 Maintaining Your Clipper Vac® Your Clipper Vac® can be easily maintained and have a long lasting life using these simple tasks: 1. We recommend replacing your filter every 8-12 months. This does not require dismantling the motor. DO NOT REMOVE THE FILTER UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO CHANGE IT! See instructions on page 6.
- Page 4 Brush Changing Procedures To remove the used brush: Loosen the two screws holding the brush clamp enough to allow the brush to lift upward and slide out. Note: It is not necessary to completely remove the screws. To install the new brush: Slide the new brush in with the pin facing downward.
- Page 5 Filter Changing Procedure Never operate the Clipper VAC® without the filter on the motor. When ordering filters, be sure to specify that your filter is held in place by a nut. 1. Unplug the Clipper Vac system. 2. Open the lower compartment.
