Selecting the Time and Date Your Healthy Living monitor will keep track of the time, month, and day unless the batteries have run down or are removed from the monitor. To set the time simply press the "MODE" button. The month will begin to flash. -

Important Reminders While Taking A Measurement, con’t ✓ When taking multiple measurements right after each other, make sure you wait at least 10 minutes in between. Waiting allows your blood vessels to return to their normal state. ✓ Sit with your legs uncrossed and your feet flat on the floor.
