    Safety Instructions Before connecting the AC power cord to the DC adapter outlet, make sure the voltage designation of the DC adapter corresponds to the local electrical supply. Never insert anything metallic into the openings in the cabinet of the flat panel display monitor (FPD).

    Your Flat Panel Monitor Figure 1. Front panel Video input selector (A/B) and indicator lights Your Flat Panel Display (FPD) monitor allows you to connect both a workstation and a computer system to it at the same time. Use this button to select which system your FPD should display.

    Adjusting Your FPD Your flat panel display allows you to easily adjust the characteristics of the image being displayed. All of these adjustments are made using the control buttons on the front of the FPD. While you use these buttons to adjust the controls, an on-screen menu shows you their numeric values as they change.

    Adjusting Your FPD Automatic Save Whenever you open the on-screen menu and allow an adjustment window to remain on-screen for about three seconds without pressing another button, this FPD automatically saves any adjustments you have made. These changes are saved into a user area in the FPD. User areas are reserved according to the signal frequency from your computer.
