  • Page 5 Cutting up to 16’  When the desired cut length exceeds the 24” scale, simply remove the “BLACK” slide block from the scale by loosening the thumb screw counterclockwise and sliding the block off the cutter base.  Slide the “WHITE” slide block onto the scale.     1. Fully loosen the thumb screw to slide. Slide block does not move in either direction. 2. Visually inspect the slide path for dirt or debris. Clean as require 5.0 Maintenance Blade Replacement  Lift the cutter handle all the way back. You now have access to the cutting blade, loosen the (2) screws that sandwich the blade between the spacer bar and the cutter handle.
