Tap next to Enable SNTP Server.

To use Assist GPS,

On the Productivity screen, tap Settings.

On the Basic Settings tab, tap General Settings > GPS >
Assist GPS.

Tap next to Enable A-GPS.

Enter the address server and select an access point.
The default address server is 7275.
