Description
Set when the slot number specified with UNITSEL is not [S1]=100 (built-in ET-LAN).
To be set in case of out-of-range in indirect access (index modiication).
Set when the FTP client prepartion done (X65) is OFF at the time of the execution
of instruction.
Set when an out-of-range value is specified for parameters.
Set when the transfer request relay of a specified ID is "Request".
