    MASTER SECTION DIGITAL EFFECT SECTION The EXPEDITION EXPRESS features a built-in, Digital Effects processor with high quality, studio grade effects such as lush Reverbs. The following section describes the features of the powerful on-board DSP. SELECT Switch (DIGITAL EFFECTS) The SELECT switch allows you to select one of the six built-in digital effects. Simply rotate the SELECT knob to choose the various effect pre-sets.

    BASIC OPERATION The following section explains the basic operation of the EXPEDITION EXPRESS. CONNECTING MICROPHONES AND INSTRUMENTS 1. Before connecting mics or instruments, make sure that the power of all your systems components including the EXPEDITION EXPRESS is turned off. Also, make sure that the MAIN VOLUME control is turned all the way down.

The guitar’s signal processor’s output is connected to channel 2’s line input. The stereo Keyboard is connected to channel 3/4’s stereo input.

    Optional Accessories RB2030 RECHARGEABLE BATTERY The Samson RB2030 Rechargeable Battery is designed for Expedition EXL250, XPL200 and XPL300 cabinets. The RB2030 incorporates four 12VDC, 3.3A Gel Cells. A fully charged RB2030 should supply power to the XPL250, XPL200 or XPL300 for approximately 3–4 hours at a relatively high level of volume. Battery life of 7–8 hours can be obtained if a relatively low level of volume is used.
