GROUNDED PLUG To reduce the risk of electric shock this appliance has a grounded plug (2 blades and 1 pin). If the plug does not fit fully into the electrical outlet contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way or use an adaptor. BEFORE FIRST USE 1.
6. If you want to use the Kettle again, allow the thermal safety switch to cool down for 15 – 20 seconds then depress the On/Off Switch to the On position. If the On/Off Switch does not remain in the ‘On’ position, the Water is hot enough to use without reheating.
