1 UE requests the system for registration.
2 System processes UE-related information with ECS subsystem.
3 System sends AAA Access Request to AAA server for UE.
4 The AAA server processes the AAA Access Request from the ECS to create the session, and the Policy Manager in AAA
server uses subscriber identification parameters including NAI (username@domain), Calling Station ID (IMSI, MSID),
and Framed IP Address (HoA) as the basis for subscriber lookup.
