  • Page 4 Preparing for Assembly Begin by making sure you have all of the parts shown on the preivous page before starting the assembly. Next, decide what configuration you will be using the gate in. If you plan to use the gate in ‘freestanding’ mode, contiune with the assembly instructions below.
  • Page 5 Step 2 Once you have extended the gate slightly, it is now time to attach one of the plastic legs. Use the supplied connector bolts and the allen key to do this. Place the leg on the bottom corner of one side of the main panel. Insert a connector bolt through the hole on the side of the foot, and into the threaded insert on the end of the main panel.
  • Page 6 Step 3 Once you have attached one of the plastic feet, assemble the other side using the remaining plastic foot and attachment hardware. Refer to Step 2 if needed. Step 4 With the gate completely assembled and the latch mechanisms still unlocked, adjust the gate to the size opening you will be placing it in.
  • Page 7 Pressure Mounted Gate Assembly Step 1 Insert two adjustable spindle rods into each end of the gate. They should be inserted into the non-threaded holes. Step 2 - With all 4 adjustable rods inserted, unlock the latch mechanisms(see pg3) and adjust the gate width to fit the opening you will be using it in.
