Updating a NetAXS-123 Panel Using the NetAXS Upgrade Utility

NetAXS Upgrade Utility (NUU) Overview
The NUU is a standalone Windows application used to update the latest firmware and
operating system in the NetAXS series of panels. The NUU Utility supports firmware
upgrades of both Primary and Secondary panels. This application is intended to provide an
easier, quicker way of upgrading a loop of panels with minimum user interaction.
The NetAXS Upgrade Utility is available in the MyWebTech Customer Portal within the
Download Center: https://mywebtech.honeywell.com/

IMPORTANT: It's recommended that you should backup the database BEFORE and
AFTER the firmware upgrade.

Click the to select the firmware version. A message appears advising that switching to
an alternate firmware set requires that the panel reboots.
Click Save.

Navigate to the web server Panel Configuration > Advanced > File Management >
Upload (To Panel).
Under Download (To Panel) click Browse to locate the application bin file.
