THE SPACER (10) WILL FIT LOOSELY UNTIL SECURED INTO THE CAVITY OF THE BASE. IMPORTANT!: BE SURE THAT THE SQUARE PORTION OF THE CARRIAGE BOLT (13) IS PROPERLY SEATED IN THE SQUARE CUT-OUT OF THE WHEEL BRACKET. 12/05 ID# M611411... - Page 10 The pole should be turned approximately 7 complete rotations to tighten properly.
