Runco Technical Support staff will attempt to correct any minor issues that may be causing the problem. If Runco is unable to resolve the problem through troubleshooting, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued for the exchange of the defective product if it is determined that the claim was made within the coverage period of the Standard Limited Warranty. - Page 5 Runco model size.
