Respironics warrants that the Tranquility Quest Plus CPAP System shall be free from defects of workmanship and materials and will perform in accordance with the product specifications for a period of two years from the date of sale by Respironics. If the product fails to perform in accordance with the product specifications, Respironics will repair or replace—at its option—the defective material or part. -
