7. Troubleshooting

ITEMS TO BE CHECKED.
• Check the Scan-Cover open.
• Check shading profile.
• Check the CCD problem in Main PBA.
• Check shading profile.
• Check shading profile.
• Check the gap between original and scanner.

• Check printing quality.
• Check the Scanner Motor and any mechanical
disturbance.
• Check the Motor Driver in Driver PBA.
HOW TO SOLVE
• Room light can transit a thin original.
• Remake shading profile in the tech mode.
• Check the CCD harness contact.
• Remake shading profile in the tech mode.
• Remake shading profile in the tech mode.
• The gap above 0.5mm can cause a
blurred image.
• See "Print" troubleshooting.
• Check the right position of the Scanner
Motor, and check the any mechanical dis
turbance in the CCD carriaging part.
• If any driver is defective, replace it.
