How to read the [SYNC] indicators

You can use the [SYNC] indicators to confirm the card's status.
The indicators can relay operational status, and error status.
Operational status
The [SYNC] indicators light as follows when the card is operating normally.

Error status
The [SYNC] indicators light as follows when an error has occurred.
Refer to the "Solution" information for ways to resolve the error.

Description
Sync in progress.
Clock master, functioning
normally.
Clock slave, functioning
normally.
Description
Clock settings are incorrect.
Card not connected to Dante
network.

Meaning
The card is syncing with the
Dante network. Wait until the
card is in sync. (This may take
up to 45 seconds.)
The card is functioning as the
clock master.
The card is functioning as the
clock slave and is in sync.
Solution
Either turn on the TF series
console's Quick Config feature,
or check the clock master and
sampling frequency settings of
the Dante Controller.
Make sure the cables are not
damaged and that they are
connected properly.
