On an acoustic piano, depressing the damper pedal makes the notes you play resonate with other strings, adding rich reverberations and fatness to the sound. The damper pedal on the RG-3 recreates this resonance (Damper Resonance) when depressed. Press the [Function] (Exit) button, getting its indicator to light.

Connecting to the Computer You can use a USB connector to connect the RG-3 to your computer. For more details, refer to the separate “USB Installation Guide.” NOTE • Connecting your computer to the RG-3 for the first time requires installation of the “USB Driver” (on the included CD-ROM) to the computer.
