    (9) on the rear of the unit first and then plugged into the mains supply. The Mains power switch (11) is on the rear panel of the DVD Player. This switch is normally left on. If the unit is likely to be unattended for a long period, switch it off and unplug the mains lead from the wall.

    When switched ON from the rear panel, your Caspian DVD Player FL Display will illuminate. If a disc is inserted or already there, it would commence play. Pressing the Standby Button (1) on the front panel or the POWER Button (1) on the remote will toggle the DVD Player into and out of standby.
  • Page 8 R E M O T E C O N T R O L Your DVD Player is supplied with a Full Remote Control Handset. The Remote Control Handset is powered by two 1.5V AA batteries (supplied). When inserting the batteries observe the correct polarity.
  • Page 9 You can access your desired track on a CD directly by entering the desired track number (001 for 1, 002 for 2 … etc.) The DVD player would automatically go to the selected track on the CD and begin to play.

Pay particular attention to input and output connections. Phono plugs should be fully inserted- a frequent cause of problems is that Phono plug surrounds do not make proper contact.
