    This manual is not a substitute for theorectical and practical training by a qualified instructor TERCEL gyrocopter pilots must hold a qualification certificate, or a valid licence for ultralight aircraft with specialization for gyrocopters. Before any flight, pilots should be acquainted with the uniqueness of a gyrocopter. It is recommended that you study both this Pilot Operating Handbook and the Aircraft Maintenance Manual.
