The shiftleveris locatedon the dash panel.Placethe shift leverinto
anyof eight positionsto controlthe directionof travel and ground
speed.
Forward
Yoursnowthrowerhas six forward(F) speeds.Positionone (1)is the
siowestand positionsix (6) is the fastest.
Reverse
Yoursnowthrowerhastwo reverse(R) speeds.One (1) is the shower
and two (2) is the faster.
NOTE: Donot turnthe ignitionkey in an attemptto startthe engine.
Doingso may causeit to break.
CHOKE
CONTROL
The chokecontrolis foundon the rearof the engineand is activated
by turningthe rotarychoke knobto the CHOKEposition.Activating
the chokecontrolclosesthe choke plateon thecarburetorand aids in
startingthe engine.
STOP SWUTCH
Pressintothe ON positionwhen startingthe engineand will shut off
the enginewhenmovedinto theOFF position.
