Step 2. Holding the upper edge of the LCD panel, slowly lift up the LCD panel
Attention: Do not remove the LCD panel at this step. The LCD panel is connected by a cable at
the back side. Detach the cable before removing the LCD panel.
Step 3. From the back of the LCD panel, disconnect the eDP cable.

Note: Open the metal bracket and then disconnect the eDP cable.
Step 4. Remove the LCD panel.
Refer to Table 15 "Part numbers for LCD FRUs" on page 44 to look up the Lenovo part numbers for the
following replacement parts.
