Use this context to define all global controller configuration settings.

Controls the advertisement display interval.

When enabled, all users are automatically granted access when the RADIUS server is down or
unreachable.

Customers cannot connect when the RADIUS server is unreachable.
Once the RADIUS server is available again, free user sessions remain active until the user logs out.
This does not apply to users using 802.1X or WPA.
