    ❒ This function is available only when Function Upgrade Option is installed. Make sure that no previous settings remain. If a previous setting remains, press {Clear Modes}. If the Network Delivery Scanner or Scan to Folder screen is displayed, press [ ] to switch to the E-mail screen.

    Searching for a Destination in the LDAP Server By accessing an LDAP server, you can search for destinations and select them. Important ❒ To use this function, you must connect an LDAP server to the network. In ad- dition, under [System Settings], you must register the server and set [LDAP Search] to [On].

    Important ❒ To use the network delivery scanner, you need a delivery scanner on which the optional ScanRouter delivery software is installed. You also need to reg- ister data about destinations and senders in the delivery server.
