contactor released if necessary, pulses inhibited.

Voltage at Line Module (i.e. line contactor closed (if
used)), field being built up.

Reason: No ON command present

Enable electronics and pulses, then ramp up to
active setpoint.
0 Operation inhibited

The drive is faulty and, therefore, out of service.
The drive switches to "switching on inhibited" once
the fault has been acknowledged and the cause
has been remedied.
