Sabbath

The SABBATH mode is typically used on the Jewish Sabbath and
holidays. When the SABBATH mode is activated, the oven does not
turn off until the SABBATH mode is deactivated. In SABBATH mode,
all function keys, except for the UPPEr STOP and LOWEr STOP keys,
are inactive. z appears in the oven display.
NOTE
y IF the oven light is turned ON and the SABBATH mode is
activated, the oven light will remain ON until the SABBATH
mode is turned OFF. If the oven light needs to be OFF, be
sure to turn the oven light OFF before activating the SABBATH
mode.
y SABBATH mode can only be used with the Bake mode, in either
oven or both ovens.
y You can use TIMED COOK in another oven while either the
upper oven or lower oven is activated.
Refer to the Timed Cook section.
Setting SABBATH Mode

Press BAKE.

Using the number keys, enter the desired temperature.

Press STArT.

Press and hold the SETTInGS button for three seconds.

NOTE
• To cancel the BAKE function, press the UPPEr or LOWEr
STOP button at any time.
• To cancel the SABBATH mode, press and hold the SETTInGS
button for three seconds.
Changing Temperature while in SABBATH Mode
(no tones sound, display doesn't change)

Press the upper or lower oven BAKE button.

Using the number keys, set the desired temperature.

Press STArT.
NOTE
There is a 15-second delay before the unit will recognize the
temperature change.
