    1. Introduction This professional video scaler is designed to convert Composite and S-Video signal into PC(RGB) or HD(YPvPr) format, scales it up to a maximum output of WUXGA 1920 x 1200 @60RB (when used with a PC monitor) or 1080p resolution (when used with an HDTV display).
