    Setting Sound and Brightness Preferences Bass, treble and display brightness levels on the MultiStream HD radio can be customized to suit your tastes. To change these set- tings, press the MENU button on the front of the receiver. Adjust using the TUNE buttons. Press MENU again to move to the next setting.

    Tuning and Seeking You can receive regular analog AM/FM signals plus the newer HD Radio and multiple stream signals. Tune moves up or down one frequency at a time (including multiple streams.) Holding down the button moves up or down more quickly.

    Using the alarm You may wake to the radio, a buzzer or radio + buzzer. In the radio+buzzer mode, the radio will come on at the set time and the buzzer will sound after five minutes. To select your method, will begin low and gradually increase for one minute.

    GND (ground) are connected to the proper posts. Move the radio near a window or place it on a higher surface like a shelf or desk. Do not place the radio or antenna on or near metal, like a filing cabinet, especially when listening to AM.

    Q. How do I know if I'm receiving an HD digital radio signal? A. If you are tuned to a radio station broadcasting an HD signal, the HD Radio logo on the front of the receiver will be lit. The LCD display will also include a circle next to the station frequency. If there are multiple streams (subchannels), the circle will have a number inside it corresponding to the stream.
